By submitting our inquiry form or completing a purchase, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from Curbside Websites (Industry Lead Center LLC) at the phone number you provide. These messages may include: order confirmation, website setup instructions, domain and activation status updates, and customer lead notifications for your live website. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive service, but may delay time-sensitive updates about your website order.
The one-time fee covers website design, build, and initial deployment. The monthly hosting fee covers ongoing hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, and support. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Because website builds begin immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds after a preview or live site has been delivered. If your site has not yet been built, contact us within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
Monthly hosting is billed on a recurring basis with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your site will remain live through the end of the current billing period. You retain ownership of your domain name.
You own your domain name and any original content you provide. Website templates and design elements are licensed to you for use on your site only. You may not resell or redistribute our templates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Industry Lead Center LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
